At Ampersand Studio, a strategy document covers audience definition, brand archetypes, communication tone, Golden Circle (what you do, how you do it, why it matters), brand pillars, personality traits and core beliefs. In the Medium package, strategy is built from information provided by the client. In the Bold package, it's informed by qualitative research — interviews with 5 to 10 of your real customers, a customer journey map and audience segmentation by profile and job-to-be-done. Both include a brand story or manifesto and are delivered as a structured document with a presentation and feedback rounds.
